This energy is natural energy used by Reiki practitioners.

Each Reiki practitioner has access to this more powerful energy by way of attunement. (Levels 1, 2 & 3. Both Usui & Shinpiden masters.)

This clears small blockages from the bodies energy channels. 

The source can be anything the practitioner pleases, the goddess energy, God, source. 

Reiki is not connected to religion. 

I personally call it mother, father, god or source although I was bought up in a Christian environment, a fair while ago!

Reiki is very helpful for physical, emotional and spiritual well being. 

It is useful to break habits & additions which contribute to ill health.

Using Reiki to heal one problem often leads to healing another.

When we root out the cause, the effect goes away.

Reiki relaxes & rejuvenates.
